The ILSU Working Paper Series is a project sponsored by Bocconi University School of Law of Milan, Italy, and is published by a group of students and recent law graduates belonging to the same institution, under the supervision of several faculty advisors.
Members of the Editorial Board perform a review of the submitted papers as to their substance, with particular attention to the articles’ internal coherence and logical flow (a more detailed discussion of the merits of such review is contained in the Submissions page). Editors also handle the formatting and archiving of submissions.
